Lens flipping: When you take the lens off the front of your camera, and flip it around. This inverts the optics and makes it where the lens can focus REALLY CLOSE. One problem: Since the lens is not electronically (or physically) connected to the camera body, you have no autofocus. No autofocus means that the only way to focus is by moving the camera back/forth until the focus looks right. And when you are that close to the subject, a literal hairs width could render the whole image out of focus. :)
