Because "I shoot a Can(n)on" just sounds totally awesome. And like it should involve powdermonkeys and seafaring novels and soundtracks, all of which I am a fan of. You just can't lose.

Agreed. Nikon is cool, but you cant beat Canon. (that is, if names were all that mattered.)
Another argument that carries weight on this forum? Rowan says Canon is better. ::sticks tongue out at Nikon Extremists::
