Random pictures around my house...
I took all of these about 2 years ago, and I really like them actually. I don't do alot of photography, but i DO enjoy it.
My biggest problem is mustering the creativity to take a good picture. But anyways, I wish you guys could tell me my weakest spots so I could know where to start fixing myself. Be harsh. I can take harsh.
Anyways, here is my pictures!

1st pic - I would have liked the focus to be on the flower closer to us. That's just my opinion. :p
The 2nd one is really is really cool, but there's that blurred out something in the corner...and we can't tell what it is. It's just ...something that gets in the way of the picture. I would like to see where the water is coming from.
3rd picture - There's no real subject in it. You coulda cropped in closer maybe.
love the last one!! B) Uber awesomeness Pooky!
I think work on having a real 'subject' and 'story' for your pictures. And maybe work a little on figuring out what you're going to focus on, like watch out for things int he corner that will be a distraction in the picture. And make sure your focus is on the real object you're trying to capture. I'm not expert at all...but that's just me little opinion for what it's worth.

Re: Random pictures around my house...
Just a suggestion for your snow picture: I think positioning your house on a line just above or below the halfway mark (i.e. more sky, less snow) would eliminate the huge white area underneath and offer your eyes a softer picture to look at while still contrasting the pure white snow with the gray sky. But then again; maybe you were intending to show off the brilliant white of the snow. Like I said, it's just a suggestion.

Ya...something Rowan might say: "Fill the frame!"
All that white snow below is fine...if you were to put words or somethin'. ...but right now it's just...white... I mean, over all I do like the picture. Very cool lookin'. B)
